Boat Safety Policy   

Your safety is our top priority. Please remember one important rule at all times:

The Captain Is in Charge:

The captain is fully responsible for the safety of all guests onboard.
Guests are required to follow the captain’s instructions at all times, especially during:

  • Boarding and disembarking
  • Navigation and maneuvering
  • Any safety-related situation

Safety Equipment Onboard:

  • Life jackets:
    Life jackets are available for all guests and are stored in clearly marked compartments onboard. Please ask the crew if you would like assistance locating or using them.
  • Emergency signaling devices:
    The boat is equipped with required emergency equipment, including: visual distress flares, emergency mirrors, audible and visual signaling devices.
  • First Aid Kit:
    A fully stocked first aid kit is available onboard at all times.

Communication & Navigation:

  • The boat is equipped with marine communication systems suitable for offshore and coastal navigation.
  • Cell phones are also carried onboard for additional communication when coverage is available.

Insurance Coverage:

  • We carry a marine boat and passenger insurance policy providing coverage of up to USD 600,000 in compliance with local regulations.
  • Insurance documentation is available upon request.
