5️⃣ Complete Your Payment

Your booking will be officially confirmed once payment has been received. After making the payment, please send the payment receipt so we can confirm your reservation.

6️⃣ Receive Final Confirmation

After we verify your payment receipt, we will send you a final confirmation email. Please make sure you receive this confirmation to ensure your reservation is secured.

7️⃣ Review Our Cancellation Policy

Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy to understand the terms regarding changes, cancellations, and refunds.

  • More than 14 days before the service: Full refund (100%).
  • Between 7 and 14 days before the service: 50% partial refund.
  • Less than 7 days before the service: Non-refundable.

In the event of cancellation due to unsafe weather conditions, we will offer rescheduling. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund of your payment.
